Former Eastern District of Texas Judge T. John Ward Joins FedArb

Federal Arbitration, Inc., provider of Federal Rules-based dispute resolution services, has announced that former U. S. District Judge T. John Ward has joined the FedArb roster of former federal judges as an arbitration and mediation panelist in patent, intellectual property, commercial litigation, oil and gas litigation, product liability and general tort liability disputes. Judge Ward presided over the Eastern District of Texas, one of the busiest intellectual property dockets in the country, from 1999 until his retirement in 2011, overseeing over 150 jury trials and hundreds of patent cases. Judge Ward also served as a member of the Judicial Conference Committee on Court Administration and Court Management from 2003 – 2009 and as a member of the National Patent Jury Instruction Project. Prior to serving as a District Judge, Judge Ward was a trial attorney for 31 years.
