Former Athlete Bo Jackson Embroiled In Five-Year Suit Against Business Partner

Former two-sport athlete Bo Jackson has been in a five-year legal battle against Valerie LittleChief, a former business partner who he claims siphoned profit from their joint meat packaging business, N’Genuity. In the latest chapter,  N’Genuity filed for bankruptcy, but Jackson hopes to block the process, arguing it’s a ploy to avoid paying him. Jackson originally sought $130,000 in damages, in a proceeding where court documents showed LittleChief transferred six-figure sums to her personal account. In the current case he is fighting for a $500,000 judgment awarded him by an Arizona court in 2013.
