For Profit University Settles Claims It Misled Students

DeVry claimed that 90 percent of its graduates who actively sought employment landed jobs in their field within six months of graduation, and its grads get jobs higher paying jobs than graduates from other universities. The FTC says the claims cannot be substantiated, and are made on the basis of dubious statistical methods.
