Foley Hoag LLP Welcomes Back Carrie Wicker

Carrie Wicker, former general counsel for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), has returned to Foley Hoag LLP as a member of its Government Strategies and Health Care Regulatory practice groups. Wicker will continue to grow the firm’s Health Care Regulatory practice, with special emphasis on state health care issues. Wicker worked as a litigator at the firm before leaving in 2010 to take a position as deputy legal counsel for former Massachusetts Governor Deval L. Patrick. While in the Governor’s Legal Office, she focused on health care and labor issues and provided counsel to the governor and his senior staff on proposed legislation and regulations, audits and investigations. Wicker became general counsel for the EOHHS in 2013.
