Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto Named New Partners

Intellectual property firm Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto announced that Susanne Flanders, Natalie Lieber, and Dennis McMahon have been named partners in the firm, effective January 1, 2017. Susanne Flanders’ patent litigation practice focuses on biotechnology, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Natalie Lieber has experience with all aspects of patent litigation in the federal courts, IPR proceedings at the USPTO, and International Trade Commission investigations. Dennis McMahon practices general intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent litigation, where he has substantial experience representing clients in a variety of technologies, ranging from consumer electronics to pharmaceuticals.
