Federal Judge Arrested For Battery, Seeking Treatment

A federal judge arrested for domestic abuse is entering a treatment program, his attorney says. U.S. District Judge Mark Fuller of Montgomery, Alabama was arrested Aug. 10 after his wife called 911 and said he was beating her. He was released from jail and has a hearing in early September, but the 11^th Circuit Court has already stripped Fuller of his cases.
