Fannie Mae GE Joins Medtronic

Medtronic has appointed Brad Lerman as general counsel and corporate secretary. With 25 years of legal experience in the public and private sectors, Lerman joins Medtronic from the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) where he served as general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to this role, Lerman served as associate general counsel and chief litigation counsel for Pfizer. Earlier in his career, Lerman spent 20 years as an attorney in private practice and as a federal prosecutor for the Department of Justice.
