Executive Flip-Flop At Automattic Makes Mullenweg CEO

Matt Mullenweg and Toni Schneider of Automattic have switched roles in the firm, with Mullenweg taking over as CEO and Schneider shifting focus to new products. Automattic, the billion-dollar firm that oversees WordPress, was founded by Mullenweg but Schneider has served as CEO since 2006.
