Europe Recession May Be Over

A survey of thousands of firms in Europe found they are growing and that output is up for the first time since February of 2012. The chief economist for Markit, the company that does the Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) monthly, called it the best reading in the last year-and-a-half and said it suggests Europe will pull out of its recession in the third quarter.
