Emilie R. Ninan Named Chair of Ballard Spahr Public Finance Department

Emilie R. Ninan has been named Chair of Ballard Spahr’s nationally recognized Public Finance Department, firm Chair Mark Stewart announced. Ninan has been a member of the firm’s partner compensation committee and previously served as Managing Partner for the firm’s Delaware office. Succeeding her as Office Managing Partner in Delaware is Beth Moskow-Schnoll—a well-respected trial lawyer who focuses on white-collar litigation, regulatory enforcement and compliance, and complex civil litigation, particularly in the health care and financial services industries.
