What Transparency Advocates Want

Disclosure is a source of endless discussion in corporate boardrooms and legal departments, and it seems to many that the breadth of information that needs to be disclosed keeps increasing with no rational limits. But transparency advocates don’t see it that way. Washington Post reporter Jia Lynn Yang has compiled a short list of the four things that activists and reporters would most like to see become part of public company disclosures.
