Dueling Lawsuits Involving Taylor Swift

A Denver radio host sued Swift in 2015, two years after he was fired by his station for alleged violation of the morality clause in his contract. He claims he was fired after Swift complained that he touched her inappropriately at a pre-concert event, which he denies. Swift countersued, publicly alleging that he groped her, but claiming she had nothing to do with the loss of his job. According to legal documents, she will testify about the radio host assaulting her by lifting her skirt and grabbing her bare bottom at her June 2, 2013, fan meet and greet. The trial begins Aug. 8, and is expected to last nine days. Security will be tight thanks to the presence of the pop superstar.
