Discrimination Lawsuit On Behalf of Deceased Employee To Go On In Alabama

An employment discrimination lawsuit can continue though a named party has died, an Alabama federal district court ruled. The plaintiff filed a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission two months prior to her death, and seven months after her death the instant action was commenced on behalf of her and three other employees.
