Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP Add Carolina de Armas, Otto Hanson, and Daniel Rosales

Carolina de Armas and Otto Hanson have joined the Finance & Acquisitions Department and Daniel Rosales has joined the Trial Department as associates at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP.

Carolina de Armas’ practice focuses on corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining DGS, de Armas served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gregory J. Hobbs at the Colorado Supreme Court.

Hanson held business management positions at startups in Boulder, Colorado and Silicon Valley, California.

Prior to joining DGS, Rosales interned for the San Francisco District Attorney’s office and then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Chavez of the New Mexico Supreme Court.
