David Mitrou To GC For Keolis Commuter Services’ MBTA Contract

Keolis Commuter Services named David Mitrou general counsel and director of labor affairs for the company’s Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) commuter-rail contract. Mitrou joins Keolis from The McCormack Firm L.L.C. in Boston, where he was a partner with experience representing commuter-rail operators and other public transportation service providers in Massachusetts. Previously, he was an assistant district attorney in Nassau County, N.Y. Keolis’ contract to operate MBTA begins on July 1.
