David Cross Joins Morrison & Foerster As Partner

Morrison & Foerster has named David Cross as a partner in the Global Antitrust Practice Group and will be based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in antitrust and other complex business litigation. Cross joins the firm from Crowell & Moring, where he co-chaired the electronic discovery practice.
