Cyber-Malpractice & Negligence Lawsuit Hits A Chicago Law Firm

A putative class action lawsuit has been filed against a Chicago law firm over alleged cyber vulnerabilities. Two former clients of the firm allege negligence and malpractice, even as they acknowledge no clients have actually been harmed by a breach.
