CPR Welcomes New Corporate Counsel To Its Board

The International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), the leading independent nonprofit organization whose mission is to help global businesses and their lawyers prevent and resolve disputes effectively and efficiently, announces two new additions to its elite Board of Directors. CPR’s two newest Board members are:
Kelly Mahon Tullier -Executive Vice President, General Counsel atVisa Inc. Tullier joined Visa Inc. in June 2014 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. In her role, she leads the global legal and compliance functions for Visa. Prior to joining Visa, Ms. Tullier worked at PepsiCo, Inc. as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.
Luke W. Mette -Deputy General Counsel, Litigation at AstraZeneca. Mette joined Astra Zeneca in March 1994 and is responsible for managing all global litigation, including patent, commercial litigation and product liability as well as government investigations throughout the world.
