Cozen O’Connor Adds R. Christopher Raphaely To Health Care Group

Cozen O’Connor has hired R. Christopher Raphaely to serve as co-chair of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group. Previously Deputy General Counsel for the Jefferson Health System, and General Counsel to the system’s accountable care organization and captive professional liability insurance companies, Raphaely will be resident in the Philadelphia office. Prior to joining Jefferson Health System, Raphaely spent 16 years in private practice representing health care clients in a wide array of transactional and regulatory matters, the last seven as a partner in Duane Morris’s Health Law practice group.
