Cozen O’Connor Adds George M. Gowen

Cozen O’Connor is welcoming back George M. Gowen, a former litigation partner with expertise in healthcare, securities, corporate governance, and commercial transactions, who rejoins the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department after more than four years at Aramark, where he served as Vice President & Associate General Counsel and led the legal group for Aramark’s Healthcare and Business & Industry operating groups. At Cozen O’Connor, Gowen will focus his practice on business litigation, healthcare law, investigations, and compliance initiatives.
