A woman who was pulled over for speeding in October was one of thousands of tech developers testing Google Glass, the wearable computer that fits over the eyes, and was given a second violation for using a “monitor” while driving. Technology entrepreneur Cecilia Abadie is the first person to be cited for wearing Google Glass, but the precedent could be increasingly important as wearable tech becomes more widespread.
