Control Freak GC Wanted To Offer VP As “Sexual Gift”

Wayne Levin resigned as General Counsel of Lions Gate Entertainment with a generous severance package. It has since been revealed that Wendy Jaffe, former Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs, left the company in 2016 after Levin asked her to perform “dehumanizing” sexual acts, and tried to offer her as a sexual gift to friends. Levin asked her to negotiate her employment contract while sitting on his lap. She says she agreed to some of his demands out of “shame and fear,” and didn’t report the incidents because Levin was a top executive and head of the legal department. After leaving the company, and during a dispute about stock options, she disclosed her allegations to to CEO Jon Feltheimer. Levin’s attorney claims he left Lions Gate for “personal and medical reasons.”
