Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Names Craig Gangi GC

Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. named Craig Gangi Executive Vice President and General Counsel for its business in the U.S. and Canada. Gangi has broad experience in the media and advertising industries. He joins Clear Channel Outdoor from Omnicom Group, where he was General Counsel of Omnicom Media Group and responsible for worldwide legal support in all areas. Prior to Omnicom, Gangi was an executive with AOL Time Warner and a Vice President of Law at Cendant Corporation. He also practiced corporate law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York and was a law clerk in the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.c.
