Christopher F. Dekker Named Interim GC Of Brunswick Corporation

Brunswick Corporation also announced that Christopher F. Dekker has been named general counsel and secretary on an interim basis, assuming the duties of Kristin M. Coleman, who recently was named as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Sears Holdings Corporation. Dekker joined Brunswick in 2010 as Associate General Counsel – Litigation and Employment. He previously had been with Caterpillar, Inc., where he held a variety of positions in the law department, most recently as senior corporate counsel for Caterpillar Logistics. Prior to joining Caterpillar in 2001, he served with two leading Chicago law firms.
