China’s Crackdown On Multinationals

Chinese regulators are targeting Western companies for anti-competitive behavior as it moves to establish native companies as contenders. The country’s National Development and Reform Commission has led the way, using a five-year-old antimonopoly law as well as pricing regulations to levy fines against multinational companies.
