Cerulean Pharma Inc. has appointed Alejandra Carvajal as Vice President and General Counsel. Carvajal joins Cerulean after a decade-long tenure with Millennium: The Takeda Oncology Company, most recently as Associate General Counsel, where she served as a strategic advisor to the research and development, business development, manufacturing and commercial functions. Prior to joining Millennium, Carvajal was an attorney with the law firms Day, Berry & Howard, and Hill & Barlow.
