Cambrex Corporation Names Samantha M. Hanley To GC

Cambrex Corporation has promoted Samantha M. Hanley to the position of Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. She succeeds William M. Haskel, who has decided to seek other opportunities outside of Cambrex. Hanley formerly held the position of Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Cambrex. Previously, Hanley worked at Alpharma Pharmaceuticals as Director of Intellectual Property and was an Associate with Lerner, David, Littenberg, Krumholtz & Mentlik, LLP, an intellectual property law firm.
