Butch Hollowell Named Detroit Corporation Counsel

Detroit’s Mayor-elect Mike Duggan announced several key appointments Monday, including Butch Hollowell as the city’s corporation counsel. Hollowell most recently served as the general counsel for the Detroit Branch NAACP. Hollowell will replace Portia Roberson, who was named head of the new Civil Rights and Ethics Division, Duggan said.
