Techne Corporation, has named Brenda S. Furlow as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Furlow’s recent experience includes several years as General Counsel of a publicly-traded medical devices company and, prior to that, almost ten years as General Counsel with Promega, a private life sciences company, both with worldwide operations. Ms. Furlow brings extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property, patent and licensing, compliance, litigation and regulatory.
