Brad Fauss Named First GC Of Network Branded Prepaid Card Association

The Network Branded Prepaid Card Association has added Brad Fauss as its first in house General Counsel. Most recently, Fauss was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Brightwell Payments in Atlanta, GA. In addition, he previously served at as Senior Vice President, Legal, Risk and Compliance for TSYS Prepaid, a wholly owned subsidiary of TSYS, and as Division General Counsel for Global Payments Inc.
