Big Changes In Employment Law, Says Blogger

Daniel Schwartz, blogging on the Connecticut Employment Law site, discusses major changes that have taken place in the eight years since he began blogging. He notes that he never mentioned Facebook until late 2008, but since then, there is no corner of the workplace that hasn’t been touched by social media. The revival of the NLRB under the Obama Presidency is another big change, but one that could change after the next election. Amendments to the Americans with Disabilities Act also make his list.
