Bentham IMF Launches San Francisco Office

Bentham IMF has launched a San Francisco office and added a senior professional in its Los Angeles office. Joining Bentham as investment managers are experienced litigators Matthew Harrison, who becomes head of the new San Francisco office, and David Gallagher, based in Los Angeles. Harrison was formerly a partner with Latham & Watkins; Gallagher was previously senior counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. At Bentham, they will help vet funding opportunities across one of the largest legal marketplaces in the United States. Bentham remains the only global litigation finance firm with offices in California.
