Benjamin T. Horton Joins Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP As Chair Of IP Litigation

Property law firm Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP announced today that Benjamin T. Horton has accepted a new role as Chair of the Firm’s IP Litigation practice. Horton is a member of the Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois and litigates intellectual property actions in federal courts across the country. He has a degree in electrical engineering and before law school he worked for technology companies in the automotive and semiconductor industries.
