Bart J. Kempf Joins Bradley Arant As Counsel In Washington, D.C.

Bradley Arant is pleased to announce that Bart J. Kempf has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as counsel and will practice on the firm’s Environmental and Life Sciences teams. Kempf has practiced environmental, land use, and natural resources law in Washington, D.C. From 2011 until 2016, Mr. Kempf was a member of the Environment, Land, and Resources Department at Latham & Watkins. He also served as senior counsel on the staff of the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry. Before working in the U.S. Senate, Mr. Kempf handled litigation and environmental matters in the Washington, D.C. office of Beveridge & Diamond. During law school, Mr. Kempf interned in the Office of U.S. Senator Blanche Lincoln, the U.S. Department of Justice, Consumer Protection Branch, and the Urban Land Institute.
