James Kim, a well-known consumer financial services litigator and regulatory attorney, has joined Ballard Spahr as of counsel in our office in New York City. He recently served as a senior enforcement attorney with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and is uniquely positioned to help clients avoid or navigate CFPB investigations.
