Contractors are under the regulatory and political microscope, competition for contracts is tighter, and budgets are shrinking. As a result, writes Wiley Rein attorney Kara M. Sacilotto, contractors need to be especially wary of over-promising at the competition stage and becoming lax at the implementation stage. In an article in Today’s General Counsel, she details the steps companies can take to avoid the pitfalls that lead to being labeled a problem contractor, or worse.
