Avaya Inc. Names Amy Fliegelman Olli GC

Avaya Inc. has named Amy Fliegelman Olli as senior vice president and general counsel. Fliegelman Olli will join Avaya from CA Technologies, where she held a similar position of responsibility covering all legal, governance, compliance, internal audit, security, risk management and controls. Amy also spent 18 years with IBM Corporation, ultimately serving as Vice President and General Counsel for the Americas and Europe.
