Auburn Football Coach Seeks Trademark For “Hurry Up No Huddle”

The Auburn head football coach has filed a trademark application over the phrase “Hurry Up No Huddle,” his signature style of up-tempo play. Gus Malzahn published a book in 2003, “The Hurry-Up, No-Huddle: An Offensive Philosophy,” while still coaching high school, and J&M Bookstore at Auburn is already selling T-shirts with the phrase. Malzahn’s application states his intent to use it on clothing and glassware.
