Arnold & Porter LLP Adds Eight IP Litigators To Silicon Valley Office

Arnold & Porter LLP announced today that eight Intellectual Property litigators have joined the firm and will be resident in its Silicon Valley office. New additions include: James C. Otteson, the former head of a West Coast-based firm’s national ITC Litigation Practice; David A. Caine, who has also represented many U.S. and foreign clients in the federal and state courts, the ITC, and before arbitrators and mediators; Thomas T. Carmack, whose practice focuses on patent, trade secret and complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, as well as in the ITC, representing domestic and foreign technology companies; and Philip W. Marsh, who has represented clients in numerous technology-related patent cases.
