Arkansas State University Hires Brad Phelps As Assoc. GC

Brad Phelps, Arkansas’ chief deputy attorney general, has been hired by Arkansas State University as associate general counsel. Phelps, who has been with the Arkansas Attorney General’s office since 2003 and been Attorney General Dustin McDaniel’s chief deputy since 2010, will assume his duties at A-State on Nov. 3. Phelps will work from the A-State System Office in Little Rock.
