Apple Must Face Lawsuit Over Dropped Texts

When Adrienne Moore switched from an iPhone to an Android device, Apple’s operating system blocked the delivery of her text messages, she says A federal judge has ruled that Apple must answer her lawsuit, which Moore wants to make a class action. The claim is that by blocking the messages, Apple was interfering with her Verizon Wireless contract, in violation of California’s unfair competition law.
