Apple Awarded Solar Charging Laptop Patent

Apple was awarded a patent this week for a solar-charged laptop. The patent describes a two-sided display for the lid of a laptop, with the back side made of smart glass, featuring photovoltaic cells to turn light into energy to charge the computer. Sounds much more practical than all the other things people are doing with the backs of their Apple laptops right now.
