Ann Shuman Joins DTCC As Deputy GC

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation has hired Ann Shuman as deputy general counsel. Shuman brings nearly two decades of experience and leadership in the financial industry, and will have primary responsibility for overseeing the legal functions of DTCC’s clearing and settlement areas, as well as DTCC’s corporate secretary function. Shuman joins DTCC from CME Group, where she most recently served as managing director and deputy general counsel since 2007.
