Andre Bouchard Nominated for Chancellor of Delaware Court of Chancery

Andre Bouchard has been nominated to replace Leo Strine as the chief judge of the Delaware Court of Chancery, Gov. Jack Markell announced in a statement. Strine was confirmed as chief justice of the state’s Supreme Court in February. Bouchard is a managing partner of the Bouchard Margules & Friedlander firm in Wilmington.
