Aflac GC Joey Loudermilk To Retire

Joey Loudermilk, general counsel for Columbus, Ga.-based insurance company Aflac since 1991, has told the company he plans to retire at the end of the year. Loudermilk became general counsel a year after Dan Amos became chief executive officer. Amos, now chairman and CEO, hired Loudermilk as an executive vice president in 1983.
