Aereo GC Reflects, As Her Company Heads To Supreme Court

Aereo, an Internet TV streaming company, was launched in February of 2012 and immediately ran into a storm of infringement litigation: It was sued by all four major U.S. television networks. They lost in district court, then in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and now the case is headed for the Supreme Court.
