Adam L. Young Named CLO Of MagnaCare

MagnaCare, a healthcare services company, has appointed accomplished legal and business executive Adam L. Young, J.D. as chief legal officer. Prior to joining MagnaCare, Young served as deputy general counsel at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey where he provided legal advice spanning commercial insured and self-insured products, as well as governmental programs, such as the Medicare Advantage and Part D programs, and the Federal Employee Health Benefit Plan. Previously, he was senior counsel at Munich Reinsurance America, Inc.; corporate counsel at Capital Blue Cross; and directed legislative and regulatory affairs at Highmark, Inc.
