Abercrombie & Fitch GC Returns To Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease

Ronald “Rocky” A. Robins, Jr. has re-joined Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP as a partner in its Columbus office after serving as senior vice president, general counsel and compliance chief of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since 2009. Robins will practice in the corporate group and focus on transactions, general corporate law, corporate governance and general counsel services. Abercrombie also recently signed a restructured agreement to keep on beleaguered CEO Mike Jeffries.
