A Third Party In Litigation, Google Is Forced To Reveal Search Terms

The company had responded to a document request made by Apple, as part of Apple’s litigation with Samsung. When Apple said that Google’s production was deficient and it wanted to have a look at the search terms, Google balked and said that would be “extraordinary.” The judge didn’t see it that way.
