A Multinational Offers “Amnesty” To Employees Who Report Corruption

One of the largest design and construction firms in the world, Canada-based SNC-Lavalin Group, is offering amnesty to employees who report potential corruption or anti-competitive practices within the company. The offer, which promises there will be no claim for damages and no termination but does not preclude other actions, could create some problems the company isn’t bargaining for, the writer says.
